Free Shipping

We offer free international shipping on selected products above ₹30,000.

Free shipping is available only via Shiprocket SRX Economy Pro and delivery takes approximately 10–12 working days.

If your order includes additional lower-value items, shipping charges may apply to those items.

Shipping Within India

We offer free shipping across India on orders above ₹1,500. Charges may apply for non-metro locations.

International Shipping

We ship globally to most countries. International shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

These charges depend on your country’s regulations and are not controlled by us.

Delivery Time

  • India: 5–7 working days
  • International: 10–15 working days
  • Orders are processed within 48–72 hours

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics issues or product availability.

Order Tracking

Returns & Shipping Charges

If a product is returned:

  • Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund
  • The remaining amount will be refunded
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

International Returns

If an international order is returned due to:

  • Non-payment of customs duties
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Then:

  • Shipping and return charges will be deducted
  • Remaining balance will be refunded
